WRISTBANDS:

Each registration includes 2 wristbands. You may pick them between 9 AM - 10 AM. Please ensure you are wearing your wristband to recieve 15% off beer & wine. Children and spectators do not need wristbands. 

PARKING

Registered Car Parking: FAT ASS BREWERY | 11602 US 290 Fredericksburg, TX 78624

Spectator Parking: FAT ASS WINERY | 51 Elgin Behrends Road Fredericksburg, TX 78624 (Located right next door to the brewery).

Trailer Parking: All trailers must park at Gore Cold Storage | 146 Jenschke Lane across the highway from the brewery

SCHEDULE

Move in: 9 AM

Registration (Wristband, Decal & Swag Bag Pick-up): 9 AM - 10 AM

Coffee Truck: 9 AM

Judging Starts: 11 AM

Band Starts: 11 AM

Food Trucks Arrive: 11 AM

Judging Closes: 1 PM

Awards & Raffle Ceremony (In support of the Fredericksburg, TX Boys & Girls Club): 2 PM

DO'S & DONT'S

✅ Arrive on Time – Gates open at 9 AM

✅ Wear your Wristbands – 15% off beer & wine discount is for wristband wearing guests only. No merchandise discounts.

✅ Park in Designated Areas – Staff will help direct traffic. Parking spots are first come first serve. If you want to park with your crew - come early!

✅ Respect Other Vehicles 

✅ Bring Your Crew – This is a family-friendly event, so bring your friends, family, and fellow car lovers!

✅ Smile for the Camera – We’ll have drone photography capturing the action from above! Your registration serves as a photo release, so get ready for some awesome footage.

✅ Enjoy the Brewery – Grab a cold beer, enjoy the music, and make a day of it. Our food trucks will also be serving up some delicious bites!

🚫 No Outside Alcohol, Food or Beverage Besides Water

🚫 No Burnouts or Reckless Driving - Let’s keep it fun and safe. Anyone driving recklessly will be asked to leave.

🚫 No Loud Revving - While we all love a good engine roar, please be mindful of our guests and neighbors.

🚫 No Unauthorized Vendors - If you haven’t cleared it with us, please don’t set up a booth or sell items.

🚫 ADA Certified Service Animals ONLY Inside The Brewery - All other pets must sit outside under our covered patio

🔒 Security will be on-site to ensure a safe and fun experience for all.
